Analýza praktickej stránky príjmu : Downlinkové frekvenčné spektrum lineárnych vektorov V+H na stacionárnom
objekte Eutelsat 16A na λ=16E v rozsahu od 21,4 do 22 GHz je delené do štyroch transpondérov s B=108 MHz,
pričom celá programová tv kapacita sa netradične sústredí len do jedného TP J2. V rozpätí spektra
horizontálneho vektora od 21 530 MHz do 21 580 MHz sa v súčastnosti koncentruje až 11 nosných.Operátor
Eutelsat/16A,7A .../, podobne ako Astra /1L,4A.../ aplikujú v otázke šírenia a vrstenia efektívneho izotropického
výkonu na zemskom povrchu v oblasti KA pásme skôr netypickú technológiu známu z KU pásma,ktorá je
charakteristická jedným vyžarovacím diagramom (v tomto prípade pre Európsky región,nie africký) a jedným bodom-
oblasťou výkonovej špičky tzn. "Beam Peak" a nie typickú technológiu takzvaných vysokokapacitne/viacnásobných
multizväzkov respektíve multi-škvrn na zemskom povrchu,kedy operátor môže ale nemusí koncentrovať vyžiarený
výkon do desiatok lúčov/zväzkov/škvrn s výrazne limitovaným pokrytím zemského povrchu,rádovo a prevažne v
desiatkach až stovkách štvorcových kilometrov, čo tvorí s pravidla len od 5 do 15% z veľkosti škvŕn v KU pásme
či už sa jedná o kategóriu fixných alebo polohovatelných zväzkov.(Multizväzková vysielacia anténa na palube družice,
môže v závislosti od aplikovanej technológie od firiem Alcatel,Toshiba alebo NEC kombinovať a s pravidla aj kombinuje
rôzne frekvenčné pásma napr. L a KA alebo KU+KA,KA+S atď)
V téme dosiahnutej kvality príjmu môžem výsledky kategorizovať ako štandardné,z dôvodu že prakticky celá
stredoeurópska oblasť príjmu je pokrytá jednou výkonovou hladinou EIRP=52 dBW s typickým sprievodným javom,
(ktorý je známi hlavne z KU pásme) kedy na výstupoch sekundárnych radiantov s výrazne rozdielnym priemerom
napr. D=200 a 450 cm a s porovnatelným koeficientom účinnosti premeny elektromagnetického vlnenia na výslednú
kvalitu,pri porovnatelných poveternostných podmienkach atď, sa dosahujú porovnatelné stavy výslednej kvality príjmu,
čo samozrejme nepotvrdzuje že sekundárny radiant s D=450 cm má akékoľvek systémové alebo aplikačné nepresnosti,
lebo podstata jeho inštalácia pre konkrétne tento príjmový status z družice Eut-16A tkvie v garancii kvalitatívnych hladín
príjmu aj pri  vysoko zhoršených poveternostných podmienkach.A práve v tom je podstata a hlavne dôležitosť prečo
autor Roman Dávid stanovuje v KU a v KA pásme referenčné hladiny kvality resp.zisku pre inštalované radianty
v stredoeurópskom regióne.
