The author Roman Dávid in 2012/13 has defined as the first the possibility of receiving from the satellite Eutelsat 7A in the KA band

        --- Those are the reference values of the gain for the dishes with D<=4.5m in KA band for the European region ---     

E7A is the ideal satellite for demonstration of an increase in reception quality -Q- with increasing diameter of the reflector -D-
If I neglect frequent oscillations in the level of EIRP then apply for each DVB-S carrier : + 2 dB  (DVB-S-MER) by increase in antenna
diameter of 60 cm > I tested it on a carrier TPA_f=21 571 MHz and I have reached the ideal state of quality CBER<1.0E-9, MER=16+ dB

Podstatou autorovho snaženia v prvom výskumnom projekte s názvom " Referenčné hodnoty zisku G pre paraboly
s priemerom od 180 do 450 cm v KA pásme " je v prvom rade zadefinovať nosné frekvencie na geostacionárnych
objektoch,na ktorých následne autor v praxi demonštruje a stanovuje takzvané referenčné hodnoty zisku respektíve
výslednej kvality,ktorá exemplárne rozdelí množinu "Z" inštalovaných (spravidla nadrozmerných_240+ cm)
sekundárnych radiantov na tie s koeficientom účinnosti premeny elektromagnetického vlnenia na výslednú kvalitu,ktorý
sa blíži ale nikdy nebude rovný číslu 1 a tie ostatné z množiny "Z",ktorých je v praxi výrazná väčšina a ktorých systémové
a aplikačné nepresnosti sa mimoriadne vysokou mierou podieľajú na degradácii výslednej kvality príjmu _ typicky 0,4-0,6.
Je v praxi nespochynitelné že koeficient účinnosti premeny elm.vlnenia na výslednú kvalitu príjmu je v priamom vzťahu
k frekvencii (kvôli zjednodušeniu sa zdržím detailnejšieho matematického vyjadrenia tejto závislosti) a daný sekundárny
radiant môže ale aj nemusí mať pre rôzne frekvenčné pásma aj výrazne rozdielne koeficienty účinnosti,čo sa typicky a najviac
prejavuje hlavne pri príjme v spektre frekvencií KA pásma od 18 do 22 GHz.Čiže zjednodušene alebo polopate povedané/inak
jedná sa o typický príklad z praxe : daná parabola -a- s D=300 cm môže pracovať s vysokým koeficientom účinnosti napr 0,8
v KU pásme,ale pre frekvencie KA pásma jej koeficient účinnosti premeny ... výrazne klesne až na 0,3 a montážny pracovník
nerozumie prečo identifikoval na parabole -a- niekoľko ohnísk s porovnatelnou výslednou kvalitou,ktorú vygenerovala
parabola -b- s D=120 cm.
Priam ideálnym geostacionárnym objektom pre demonštráciu a stanovenie referenčných hodnôt zisku pre sekundárne radianty
v KA pásme je družica Eutelsat 7A na λ=7.0° vd . Ak je konkrétne v tomto prípade pravdivý predpoklad že prakticky celá stredná
európa je v zóne s jednou výkonovou špičkou rovnou EIRP=52 dBW,potom autorova definícia o porovnatelných hladinách kvality
príjmu na výstupoch s neporovnatelne rozdielnych priemerov antén napr. 120 cm a 300 cm (ktorá je taká typická v KU pásme
pri príjme satelitov z kategórie DBS) už v tomto prípade neplatí a všetky nosné "C" sústredené do horizontálneho downlinkového
spektra objektu EUT 7A v rozpätí od 21,4 do 22 GHz sú priamo ideálne na demonštráciu a stanovenie referenčných hladín zisku
pre radianty s priemerom D<=4.5m .Spolu s objektom Astra 1L,ktorý je taktiež ideálnym pre tento účel,sa autorovi podarilo
v praxi pri príjme EUT 7A naplniť pravidlo o skokovom náraste kvality príjmu o DVB-S_MER=+2 dB pri náraste priemeru
sekundárneho radianta o D=+60 cm , platné pri referenčných nosných "C" v KU pásme,čo potvrdzuje že autorov sekundárny
radiant má porovnatelnú hodnotu koeficientu účinnosti premeny elektromagnetického vlnenia na výslednú kvalitu nielen v KU
ale aj v KA pásme.Menej ako jeden chybný bit z miliardy prijatých (109 ) pred Viterbi dekodérom pri DVB-S FEC=2/3 aj pri
FEC=7/8  jasne dokumentujú referenčný status pre autorom navrhnutý vysokofrekvenčný reťazec aj pre KA pásmo.
